Systems[edit]

looks like the template needs to be updated, because it only shows xbox, ps4, and switch. the coding has pc on it, but I guess it's only coded to allow 3, not 4? --Muur (talk) 20:13, 16 February 2019 (CST)

Obtainable Digimon[edit]

Can anyone provide the source where Mermaimon is appearing in-game? If the total amount is correct so far, there's roughtly +50 mons yet to be revealed. --Shadow Shinji (talk) 16:27, 10 June 2022 (CDT)

Could you please tell me where in the screens or trailers Blossomon and Birdramon appear? --SleepingSigma(talk) 04:40, 17 June 2022 (CDT)

Blossomon is at the bottom of this image: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FVY11uHXoAAqZvu?format=jpg&name=large --JuanFCA1(talk) 03:25, 18 June 2022 (CDT)

Languages[edit]

If there's someone wondering about the available languages, here is a screenshot of the game: https://twitter.com/PDM_Digimon/status/1552325093333913601/photo/1 --JuanFCA1(talk) 11:19, 27 July 2022 (CDT)

Partners' Baby forms[edit]

The mural that appears at the end of the game appears to depict the Baby forms of the main partners:

  • Koromon (Agumon)
  • Chocomon (Lopmon)
  • Pinamon (Falcomon)
  • Pukamon (Shakomon)
  • Pyocomon (Floramon)
  • Tokomon (Kunemon)
  • Tsumemon (Dracmon)
  • Xiaomon (Labramon)

Would this qualify as enough to record these Baby stages on their respective Partner's page? While technically unconfirmed, the implication feels too obvious to not note it. At least maybe a footnote explaining why said Baby form is implicated.--YongYoKyo (talk) 22:29, 4 August 2022 (CDT)

I would say yes, I don't think the selection of babies there is accidental, so yeah there's a high implication those are their respective baby forms. --Shadow Shinji (talk) 02:25, 5 August 2022 (CDT)
we're technically assuming who belongs to who though. we're not allowed to do that even if it's obvious as seen in tri's holy beast evoltuions where it was obvious who evolved to who but only orochimon was on screen. we weren't allow to put loaderleomon to baihumon etc as it was assuming, not official confirmation. the same applies here. xiaomon obvioulsy refers to labramon... but theres still the very low change it became kunemon instead. if you can convince the admins to count this and also the tri evos then cool but i dont thikn you will as its the same thingMuur (talk) 03:09, 5 August 2022 (CDT)
There is a major distinction from the situation with tri.'s Four Holy Beasts. None of the Holy Beasts were ever associated with any of the possible pre-evolutions in prior media. They only started being associated in newer media due to tri. itself. Before that, assigning which pre-evolution to which Holy Beast was a baseless assumption that relied only on subjectivity.
This is a different case. All of these Baby forms have strong prior associations with each of the partners, whether it's their debut Baby form; a Baby form that was specifically designed for them; and/or a Baby form that is otherwise associated with them in multiple media. There is a basis to these assumptions; this is distinctly different situation from the lack-of-association of the Four Holy Beasts' pre-evolutions.
Also, I suggested using a footnote in the case that it falls short of qualifying, something similar to Zeromaru's page, like so:
Baby I ?
Baby II ?[N 1]
Child Example Child
Adult Example Adult
Perfect Example Perfect
Ultimate Example Ultimate

References Notes
  1. XXXmon is implied by a mural in Digimon Survive depicting the eight Chosen Children and their partners.
I personally feel the footnote is a great idea, or even a trivia section, and honestly I would do the same in the case of tri. Sometimes things are too obvious to deny it, and anyone expecting Digimon to be 100% explicit all the time, just ignores how this franchise works and has always worked, sometimes the franchise takes the context into account to make certain statements. If you see a black wall, you don't need anyone to confirm you that wall is black. --Shadow Shinji (talk) 11:56, 5 August 2022 (CDT)
